Welcome to Dawn Momentum ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website [website URL] and your purchase of products from us (together, the "Services"). Dawn Momentum is an Australian-based online store, powered by Shopify.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information (name, contact details, shipping and payment information) when using our Services, and to keep it up to date.

You're responsible for keeping any account details secure and for activity on your account.

2. Our Products

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours, finishes, and minor details may vary slightly from what's shown on screen. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

Where a product is described as fitting specific vehicle models, we make reasonable efforts to ensure fitment information is accurate, but you should independently confirm compatibility with your specific vehicle (make, model, year, and variant) before purchasing, particularly for parts requiring installation.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud). We'll confirm acceptance by email. Please check your order carefully before submitting — contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, though we can't guarantee changes once an order is being processed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, are inclusive of GST. Prices may deviate from AUD where the user selects a different currency display option. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed. You agree to provide accurate, current payment information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for your order total.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes stated on our Shipping Policy page. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control (carrier delays, customs, extreme demand periods, etc.), and we'll try to keep you informed if this happens.

If your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, or is lost or significantly damaged in transit, please contact us — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law regarding delivery are not affected by anything in these Terms.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Your Consumer Guarantees

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if a product you buy from us has a major failure (for example, it doesn't work, isn't fit for its intended purpose, or is significantly different from its description), you're entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund. These rights exist regardless of any return window we offer and cannot be excluded.

Returns are subject to our Return Policy and purchased item's must comply with set standards.
